True Damage, the virtual hip hop group Riot launched with GIANTS at the 2019 Worlds opening ceremony, is back with a full new skin line.
The group recorded Know My Name, the official anthem of the 2026 League of Legends World Championship, and League of Legends patch 26.21 brought matching True Damage Know My Name skins for all five members at once.
If you searched for true damage 2026 skins or true damage ekko prestige, you most likely want three answers: which champions got skins, whether these are the same as the 2019 originals, and whether you can pick them up right now.
This guide answers those three in order, using only what Riot's 26.21 patch notes, the official LoL Esports announcement and Riot's support pages confirm as of November 3, 2026.
After that you get a side by side table of the 2019 and 2026 versions for each champion, a short list of things to check before the Worlds final, and a step by step way to record your first game in the new skin. Prices vary by region and change over time, so they are not listed here.
The five True Damage Know My Name skins and their release date
Patch 26.21, whose notes went up on October 20, 2026, lists five skins: Prestige True Damage Know My Name Ekko, True Damage Know My Name Akali, True Damage Know My Name Qiyana, True Damage Know My Name Senna and True Damage Know My Name Yasuo.
Riot gives October 21, 2026 as the release date for all five, and the same patch released chromas for every one of them. Ekko holds the only Prestige Edition in this line, and that is new for him.
His earlier True Damage skins were the standard True Damage Ekko and the later Breakout True Damage Ekko, while the 2019 Prestige went to Qiyana.
In the patch notes, Qiyana, Senna and Yasuo are presented together on one line, and Riot's official Data Dragon files use one shared splash for those three, so that image works as the group shot of the line.
According to LoL Esports, Akali and Ekko are the group's rappers, Qiyana is vocalist and rapper, Senna is the vocalist, and Yasuo is the DJ and producer.
How you unlock Prestige Ekko and what it costs can differ by region and over time, so check the skin's page in the client store before you plan around it. In the client store, searching for the champion name brings up each skin.

What to check before the Worlds final (as of November 3, 2026)
- True Damage performs with K/DA at the Worlds 2026 Final Opening Ceremony presented by Mastercard on November 14 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. The ceremony starts at 11 AM PT (2 PM ET).
- LoL Esports scheduled the Know My Name music video premiere for October 8 at 6 PM PDT on the League of Legends YouTube channel. It features SOYEON of i-dle, Coco Jones, Vic Mensa and Sofía Reyes, and the anthem and video celebrate Faker and T1's three straight Worlds titles. It is the 13th Worlds anthem and the first performed by one of Riot's virtual artists.
- The ARAM: Mayhem update Journey to Stardom in patch 26.21 gives every game a band Headliner. In a True Damage Headliner game, takedowns and destroying towers can drop Anvils for your team, and the band's music plays while you fight, so turn your sound up.
- From patch 26.21, replay downloads are limited to 10 per hour. If you plan to save replays of games in the new skin, read the LoL replay download limit in 26.21 first.
- Patch 26.22 is scheduled for November 4 (PT) on Riot's patch calendar, so check its notes for any changes to Mayhem Headliners or the store.
How to record your first game in a new True Damage skin
- 1Find the skin in the storeSearch the client store for the champion name or True Damage to bring up the Know My Name skins. You also need to own the champion to use a skin, so if you do not have Ekko or Qiyana yet, see how to buy LoL champions first.
- 2Keep DOR running and start a gameWith DOR open, launching League is detected automatically and the whole game is recorded. DOR's League mode recording settings for ranked, normal, ARAM, special game modes and replays are all switched on by default.
- 3Let kills and multikills clip themselvesIn League, kills, multikills from double kill to pentakill, and objectives such as dragons and Baron are saved as separate highlight clips. They show up in My Clips in the app as soon as the game ends.
- 4Reshoot recalls and effects from the replayFor a close look at a recall animation or ability effects, play that game's replay in the client after it ends. Replay recording is on by default too, so the playback is recorded while you move the camera to the angle you want.
- 5Cut to 9:16 and shareTrim the part you want in the app and save it as 9:16 vertical, then add effect templates, text and BGM in DOR Studio and export an mp4 or send a dor.gg link.
Keep your new skin effects with DOR
Once you own a new skin, you want it on record in a real game, not just in the store preview. DOR is a free Windows app: leave it running, launch League, and it detects the game and records the whole match, with every recording collected in My Clips.
In League it also cuts kills, multikills and objectives into separate highlight clips, so a teamfight you turned around with Prestige Ekko is saved without pressing anything, the same way saving a LoL pentakill clip works.
Because the full match is recorded too, you can find and trim moments that are not events, like a recall animation, and playing a .rofl replay in the client gets recorded as well. To turn that clip into a vertical short with punch zoom or shake zoom effect templates, follow adding effects to gaming shorts. Export the result as an mp4 or send a dor.gg link that plays right in a phone browser, as shown in sharing League gameplay with friends.
