Murderers VS Sheriffs DUELS is, as the [DUELS] tag in front of its name says, a Roblox experience about dueling other players. It is made by the MVS Duels Community group, which has about 3.43 million members, and it was created on February 9, 2025. On October 20, 2026 it showed about 1.96 billion visits and about 16.7 million favorites, an unusually high number of favorites for its visit count, and its Welcome badge for first time visitors had been awarded to about 87.4 million players. About 48,000 people were playing at that moment, a server holds up to 30, and the last update was on October 18. On the same day it was 29th in Top Playing Now in every one of the 15 chart settings we checked, and it also appeared in Top Revisited for Spain and Mexico. The full country breakdown is in popular Roblox games right now. This guide sticks to the official description and the update posts on the experience page. Item value lists and crate odds from outside the official page are left out.
The short version: learn to aim in 1v1, widen out to team duels and ranked, and use event modes for rewards
The official description is a single line: duel, improve your aim and have fun. It is tagged 1vs1, 2vs2 and 3vs3, and it warns that exploits or cheating of any kind are bannable. Almost everything else comes from the update posts, which arrive nearly every week. On June 13 a limited time 5v5 mode and 4v4 matchmaking arrived, and on July 18 a free for all mode where everyone is your enemy and the first to the kill goal wins. On July 25 came Match History, which lets you look back at recent matches and inspect every elimination, along with a win and loss ratio on your profile. September 12 added party rewards that grow with a winning streak together, plus private server settings. On September 19 ranked opened for 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4, with 10 rewards on the season Rank Pass and 7 end of season rewards based on the highest rank you reach. October brought a Halloween Pass with 20 rewards on the 3rd, a limited time Infection mode on the 10th, and on the 17th an Infection Crate bought with coins earned in that mode. A natural order for a new player is to learn distance and timing in 1v1, try 2v2 and 3v3 with friends, then move to ranked. Duels are decided in seconds, so the rounds you win are worth having on video. If you have not recorded Roblox before, start with how to record Roblox gameplay.
Starting Murderers VS Sheriffs: do it in this order
- 1Join the lobby with the PC version of RobloxOpen the experience in the PC version of Roblox from roblox.com. With DOR installed, recording starts in the lobby with nothing to press, so your first duel is on video too.
- 2Learn aim and distance in 1v1Improving your aim is what the description asks of you. Start in 1v1 and learn the distance, the cover and the timing of the first hit. If your opponent leaves mid match you now earn a partial reward.
- 3Move up to 2v2 and 3v3 with friendsTeam duels are about covering each other. Party wins build a streak reward, so it helps to have a regular partner. If your usual group is offline, try the Roblox group finder.
- 4Set a season goal in rankedRanked runs from 1v1 to 4v4, with Rank Pass rewards during the season and separate rewards for your highest rank at the end. If you disconnect from a matchmade game you can rejoin it, so do not panic.
- 5Review losses with Match HistoryMatch History lets you re watch eliminations from recent matches. Put your own screen from the DOR recording next to the match view and it gets much easier to see what went differently.

Keep every Murderers VS Sheriffs duel with sound using DOR
All you do is launch Roblox. There is no button to press and nothing to set up: DOR, a free Windows PC app, recognizes the PC version of Roblox and starts AI auto recording the moment you join Murderers VS Sheriffs. When you leave to the home screen, that session lands in your library as one mp4. Game audio and your microphone are recorded together on one track, so the callouts with your teammate stays in the file, and AI voice notes log what was said with timestamps so you can jump back to the loudest moments. To keep the duel you just won on its own, press the clip hotkey and the last 30 seconds are saved as a clip, with 15, 30, 45 or 60 seconds to choose from. Recording defaults to 1080p at 30fps, with 60fps available. Pick the clips you saved and press Create highlight, and the AI highlight joins them into one video; trim any part to 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1 and share it with a single dor.gg link. DOR Studio opens right in your browser for text, background music and effect templates. If you want a 5v5 tactical shooter where you buy weapons each round, see the BloxStrike guide.
