How scary is it? Officially, occasional mild fear
By the official labels, there is fear content, but the experience sits at the lowest rating Roblox has. As of November 4, 2026 it is rated Minimal, with the descriptors Fear (Occasional/Mild), Blood (Light/Unrealistic) and Violence (Occasional/Mild).
Roblox's help center describes Minimal as content that may include occasional mild violence, light unrealistic blood and occasional mild fear. The next rating up, Mild, is where mild fear becomes repeated, so the word that matters here is occasional.
Roblox's creator documentation gives heavy breathing, a pounding heart, screaming, creepy looking NPCs, jump scares, ominous music and gameplay that builds suspense as examples of mild fear, and says occasional means scary elements show up rarely or now and then, such as at a couple of key moments.
Those are examples of what the label covers, not a list of what appears in this experience. The official thumbnails give a better feel for the tone. Rounded, cartoon animal patients sit side by side in a waiting room while one of them opens a huge mouth of pointed teeth.
Others show a doctor character holding a knife in an exam room with the lights off, and a black figure standing in the lobby. Think bright, soft characters with unsettling moments mixed in.
Keep in mind that creators set these labels by answering a questionnaire, and they are told to answer for the most intense content a player can run into. A creator can retake it, so the label can change, and what counts as scary varies from person to person. If horror is not your thing, check the experience page first and start with a short session.
