100 Days at Sea is a Roblox survival experience run by the verified group Stranded Devs, and its official description sets up the whole game in three lines: you are sent on a mission to the middle of the ocean, you must uncover the mystery of the Bermuda Triangle, and you survive 100 days and get rich.
The first line of that description credits 99 Nights in The Forest by Grandma's Favorite Games as the inspiration.
When we checked Roblox's official data at about 08:30 UTC on November 4, 2026, the experience showed about 421 million visits, around 11,800 people playing at that moment, about 9.78 million favorites and roughly 97% positive votes. Its last update was on November 2 at 18:04 UTC.
This guide sticks to what the official experience page and the official badge list confirm. That turns out to be a useful starting point, because the 62 badges spell out what the game asks of you, how far the milestones go and where the numbers start to drop.
The short version: displayed rates fall fastest before day 30, and the badges keep going after day 100
The backbone of the 62 badges is 14 survival day badges, 10 bonfire badges and 5 party badges. Survival badges start at day 1, day 5 and day 10, then appear every 10 days from day 20 to day 90.
The day 100 badge is called Rescued!, and its official description is simply Get to day 100, so treat it as the badge for reaching day 100. Stranded at day 250 and Gone Missing at day 500 come after it.
Lined up, the rates displayed by the badge API read 44.0% for day 5, 23.5% for day 10, 10.3% for day 20, 5.6% for day 30, 2.6% for day 50 and 1.0% for day 100. The big falls come between day 5 and day 30, while day 50 to day 100 only eases from 2.6% to 1.0%.
That makes day 10, day 30 and day 50 more realistic first targets than day 100 itself. One caution: these are the values the API displayed on November 4, and we did not find a formula for them in the official documentation.
They scale with the past-day award count in the same API response, so they reflect the last day more than an all-time success rate.
In that response the day 5 badge was awarded about 100,000 times in the past day and the day 100 badge about 2,250 times, against about 56.8 million and 1.72 million awards overall. Do not read them as a 1% success rate. Use them to compare stages with each other.
The four lines under HOW TO PLAY in the official description are also a list of things to do, not a fixed route: grab resources or hook them with your harpoon, build your raft base with structures and defenses, explore the sea and visit mysterious islands, and find weapons to take on fearsome foes. The plan below is our suggestion based on the badges, not an official order.
A badge-based plan for 100 Days at Sea
- 1Check that Stranded Devs made it, then joinSearch Roblox for 100 Days at Sea and check that the creator is Stranded Devs before you join. Play on PC if you want to keep the session on video. If Roblox closes right after you join, go through Roblox crash fixes on PC first.
- 2Collect the four starter badgesThe first targets are small. Out At Sea is your first time playing, Hooked! is grabbing an object with your harpoon, Bonfire 1 is reaching bonfire level 1, and Just Getting Started is surviving day 1. On November 4 the API displayed 78.9%, 68.2%, 70.3% and 61.2% for these, among the highest in the list. As the description says, you grab resources directly or hook them with the harpoon.
- 3Grow the raft base and the bonfireYour base grows with structures and defenses. Bonfire 1 to 7 are level milestones, with November 4 displayed rates of 50.0% at level 3, 24.4% at level 4, 8.7% at level 5 and 2.3% at level 7. The rest work differently: Bonfire 8 is burning 1,500 items in a single session, Bonfire 9 is reaching max bonfire level with 4 or more people, and Bonfire Master is reaching max bonfire before day 3. If the game starts to stutter as the base grows, check Roblox FPS boost settings.
- 4Go after the exploring, cooking and combat badgesThe description tells you to explore the sea, visit mysterious islands, find weapons and take on foes. The next badges to go after are Firepower for getting a gun from a chest (18.9%), We Cookin for your first chowder in the cooking pot (20.6%) and They'll be back! for surviving a ghost raid (60.2%), with the November 4 displayed rates in parentheses. For a stretch goal, Magellan asks you to visit all the islands in a single session and Plunderer asks you to open 100 chests in a single run.
- 5Pick your party size and split the goal into stagesEach party size has its own 100-day badge: All Alone for solo, Blunder Buddies for a duo, Three's a party for a trio, Four is plenty for a group of four, and And they were crewmates... for a full group of 5. Decide who is coming first, then aim for day 10 (23.5%), day 30 (5.6%) and day 50 (2.6%) as separate goals. Looking at how your base has changed at each stage makes the next plan easier to set.
- 6Choose bosses and challenges by badge nameThe boss badges are Arms of Victory (Squid Boss), King Of The Snow (the Ice Biome boss), Beat The Heat (the lord of lava), Corruption Most Foul (the Corruption Dungeon boss) and Death to the Dead! (the Lich King). Third Bell Rung asks you to defeat the Ghost Galleon 3 times in a single run, There can be only one asks you to find and defeat all 3 rival rigs in a single session, and Challenge 1 to 6 cover the six tiers of challenge mode. The badge descriptions do not give locations or tactics, so you will need to find these in the experience.

Before you set sail
- You joined 100 Days at Sea by Stranded Devs.
- This session's goal is a stage such as day 10, day 30 or day 50.
- You know your party size, since solo through groups of five each have a badge.
- You separated Bonfire 9, which needs 4 or more people, from the other bonfire goals.
- DOR is running on your PC, and you plan to like the videos you want to keep.
Keep your 100 Days at Sea playthrough on video with DOR
Keep DOR, a free Windows PC app, running and it starts recording automatically when you join 100 Days at Sea in Roblox. When you leave the experience, that session lands in My Clips.
You do not have to press record, which suits a long playthrough toward in-game day 100 because the first scene is already captured.
Moments you want to keep, like your early raft base, a new bonfire level, reaching day 100 or your first boss kill, are yours to find in My Clips, trim and save yourself, in 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1.
Game audio and your microphone are recorded together on one track, so your crew's reactions stay with the scene. Like the videos you want to hold on to.
As recordings pile up, older videos are cleared only when the full gameplay storage share (5GB by default) is exceeded, and your latest recordings and liked videos stay.
If you played in several sittings and have more than one video, merge them in DOR Studio (dor.gg/studio), adjust effect templates such as Shake Zoom, text, background music and volume, then export an mp4 or share a dor.gg link.
The steps are in how to merge game clips, and sending the result to friends is covered in how to share Roblox gameplay videos. The free plan records at 720p or 1080p and 30 or 60fps, with 1080p 30fps as the default. Before a long sitting, it is also worth reading how to record long gameplay sessions without stutter.
