Key takeaways
  • The OWCS Asia Stage 3 Finals run November 20 to 22 at the BEXCO Auditorium in Busan, during G-STAR 2026. Eight teams from the Korea, Japan and Pacific divisions first play an online stage on November 11 to 13, six of them reach Busan according to the official event site, and Asia has four World Finals spots.
  • The 2026 OWCS World Finals run December 2 to 6 in Guangzhou, China: two days of studio matches, then the last three days at the Guangzhou Gymnasium, according to Blizzard's Stage 3 viewers guide. Six of the twelve teams, from NA and EMEA, were locked in on November 1.
  • During Stage 3, the English NA and EMEA broadcast ran on the ow_esports channels on YouTube and Twitch. Busan is 14 hours ahead of US Eastern time and Guangzhou is 13 hours ahead, so convert start times before match day.

If you are looking up the OWCS 2026 schedule, the season is down to its final two stops.

The Overwatch Champions Series (OWCS) is Blizzard's official Overwatch esports circuit, and in 2026 it runs three stages across four regions, North America, EMEA, Asia (split into Korea, Japan and the Pacific) and China, before a World Finals crowns the champion of the year.

The NA and EMEA Stage 3 playoffs ended on November 1 with Dallas Fuel and Twisted Minds as regional champions, so for fans in those regions the next things to watch are the Asia Stage 3 Finals at G-STAR in Busan, where Asia's race for its four World Finals spots wraps up, and then the World Finals in Guangzhou in early December.

This guide only lists dates confirmed as of November 3, 2026 in Blizzard's own posts (the OWCS 2026 competitive details and the Stage 3 viewers guide), official Overwatch Esports posts on X, the official Asia Finals site run by tournament operator WDG, and press coverage of the G-STAR organizers' announcements.

It covers what is left in each region, how the two live events work, time differences for viewers in the Americas and Europe, tickets for the Busan event, and the official channels to watch.

Teams and match orders that have not been announced yet are marked as things to confirm on the official channels, and no results are predicted. The game also has a new name this year: since the February 2026 update, Overwatch 2 is simply Overwatch again.

The short version: Asia's last battle is in Busan, Guangzhou crowns the champion

As of November 3, two live events are left. First are the Asia Stage 3 Finals on November 20 to 22 at the BEXCO Auditorium in Busan, South Korea.

Eight teams, four from Korea, three from Japan and one from the Pacific, first play an online stage on November 11 to 13, and the official Asia Finals site run by WDG says six of them move on to Busan.

Asia has four World Finals spots, filled through the Korea, Japan and Pacific Stage 3 events and this one, so check the official posts for how they are split by region.

As of November 3, Crazy Raccoon and ZETA DIVISION from Korea and VARREL, MURASH GAMING and ENTER FORCE.36 from Japan are confirmed for the online stage.

Korea's last two teams come out of its Stage 3 run that resumes on November 6, and the Pacific team comes out of a Pacific Stage 3 that was pushed back again to November 4 to 9. For reference, Blizzard's Asia partner teams are T1, Team Falcons, Crazy Raccoon and ZETA DIVISION.

Second is the World Finals from December 2 to 6 in Guangzhou, China, with twelve teams.

NA (Dallas Fuel, Team Liquid, Spacestation Gaming) and EMEA (Twisted Minds, Team Peps, 1234) locked in their six spots at the Stage 3 playoffs that ended November 1, and the remaining spots go to four teams from Asia and two from China.

The first two days are studio matches and the last three move to the Guangzhou Gymnasium. For context, the year so far ran through a pre-season bootcamp in Seoul in February, the Champions Clash in Tokyo in May and the Midseason Championship at the Esports World Cup from July 29 to August 2.

The Overwatch World Cup, the national team event, already finished at BlizzCon in Anaheim in September. That leaves three days in Busan and five in Guangzhou on the OWCS calendar.

How to follow the rest of OWCS 2026 in 5 steps

  1. 1Check the official scheduleDates, brackets and start times come from Blizzard's Overwatch Esports site and the official Overwatch Esports posts on X and YouTube. Schedules can move, as the Pacific Stage 3 did twice, so check again the day before a match.
  2. 2Pick your streamBlizzard's Stage 3 viewers guide lists ow_esports on YouTube, Twitch and TikTok for the English NA and EMEA broadcast, ow_esports_jp on Twitch, YouTube and SOOP for Japan, SOOP for Korea and ow_esports_th on Twitch for the Pacific. For Busan, the official Asia Finals site lists SOOP for Korean and Twitch, YouTube and SOOP for Japanese; English coverage of Busan and the Guangzhou channels are announced on the official Overwatch Esports accounts.
  3. 3Convert the start timesBusan runs on Korea time, which in November is 14 hours ahead of US Eastern, 17 hours ahead of US Pacific and 8 hours ahead of Central Europe. Guangzhou is one hour behind Busan, so take one hour off each of those gaps. Evening matches in Asia land overnight or early in the morning in the Americas.
  4. 4Look for viewer rewardsOWCS ran drops campaigns during Stage 3, such as the Asia kickoff from September 21 to October 9 and the NA and EMEA kickoff from October 10 to 25, with an Esports Lootbox at 10 hours watched. In Busan, venue exclusive drops are promised to fans attending in person, with claim details still to come. Whether online viewers get rewards for Busan or Guangzhou will be in the official Overwatch Esports posts.
  5. 5Try one idea in your own gamesPick one thing that stood out, such as when a dive started or how two ultimates were chained, try it in your next competitive match, then watch that match back and compare. How to get better at Overwatch walks through the record and review loop.

Before match day: a quick checklist

  • Time zone: Asia Finals dates are Korea time and World Finals dates are China time. Day 1 in Busan goes on air at 3:30 pm KST on November 20, which is 1:30 am Eastern and 7:30 am in Central Europe that day, or 10:30 pm Pacific on November 19. For Guangzhou, a 7 pm start would be 6 am in New York and 3 am in Los Angeles.
  • Teams: the six Busan teams and the bracket are set after the November 11 to 13 online stage, and the last Asia and China World Finals teams after each region finishes. Go by the official bracket rather than community predictions.
  • Going to Busan: as of November 3, Asia Finals tickets are on sale through TicketLink, and the English page of the official G-STAR website links to it. A match ticket also gets you into the G-STAR consumer exhibition halls that day from 11 am. General G-STAR admission is advance reservation only.
  • At the venue: the BEXCO Auditorium and the exhibition halls are in the same BEXCO complex, and the G-STAR Cup student tournament finals share the Auditorium, so check that day's program.
  • Rewards: if drops are announced, read the account linking conditions in the post before you start watching.
Try following just one player for a whole map. Watching where a pro in your role stands right before a fight starts gives you one clear question to ask when you rewatch your own match.

Watched the pros? Keep your own matches with DOR

DOR is a free game recorder for Windows. When you launch Overwatch it detects the game, records the whole match and saves kills and deaths as separate clips in My Clips.

If you tried a dive timing or an ultimate combo you saw at OWCS in your own competitive match, open that match and trim the fight to 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1.

The game's own Replays only keep your last 10 matches and reset when a new patch arrives, according to Blizzard's original Replays announcement, so matches you want to compare later are safer as video files. How to record Overwatch covers the setup, and how to VOD review yourself in Overwatch shows how to put a pro match and your own side by side.

In DOR Studio (dor.gg/studio) you can merge clips, add text or music, then export an mp4 or send a dor.gg link that plays right in a phone browser; see how to share Overwatch clips with friends. The free plan records at up to 1080p and 60 fps.
