Lost Ark recording troubleshooting
Lost Ark recording causes lag or FPS drops
DOR uses low-overhead background capture, so the impact is minimal. If it still struggles, switch to 720p/30fps mode in settings.
Lost Ark records as a black screen in fullscreen
DOR captures fullscreen, windowed and borderless modes alike, none of the fullscreen black-screen issues common with OBS.
Will a recorder get my Lost Ark account banned?
DOR only captures the screen and never touches the game client, so it doesn't conflict with Lost Ark's anti-cheat.
Lost Ark recording FAQ
Can I record an entire Lost Ark raid?
DOR detects the game automatically and records your whole session; trim any part of the raid.
Can I send a mechanic clip to my raid group?
Share the trimmed video as a dor.gg link and they can watch it in a browser without the app.
Does recording work through long daily chores?
Recording continues, but it stops automatically below 20GB of free disk space, so keep an eye on storage.
Is it free? Is there a watermark?
DOR is free and adds no watermark.
Will it drop frames while playing Lost Ark?
DOR uses low-overhead background capture, so the impact on in-game FPS is negligible.
What specs do I need?
Windows 10 or later runs DOR on most machines. Low-spec PCs can use 720p/30fps mode.
Can I change the Lost Ark recording key?
You can remap the clip-save and manual-record keys to any key in DOR settings.
Where are my recorded clips saved?
Clips are organized in the DOR app library and can be shared to the DOR community or via link.
